Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
